Privacy policy

This is a short policy because there is very little to describe. This website does not collect personal data about the people who read it.

In force since 18 September 2026.

The whole policy in four lines

This website collects no personal data about its visitors. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixel, performs no fingerprinting and stores nothing in your browser. It loads nothing from any other domain. There is nothing to consent to, nothing to opt out of and, in practice, nothing for us to hand over if you ask for a copy of your data.

1. Who is responsible (data controller)

The controller for any processing connected with this website is:

Durimenko s.r.o.
Dlouhá 715/38, Staré Město
110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic
Company registration number (IČO): 24755630
VAT number: CZ24755630
Email: info@slavira.online

Because of the very limited nature of the processing described below, we have not appointed a data protection officer; Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation does not require one here. All privacy enquiries go to the address above.

2. What we collect through this website

Nothing. Specifically, and to be unambiguous:

  • No cookies of any kind — not necessary ones, not analytics, not advertising, not affiliate.
  • No browser storage — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no cache-based identifier.
  • No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted analytics, no page-view counter.
  • No advertising or conversion pixel — nothing from Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Meta or any other platform.
  • No fingerprinting — no canvas, font, audio or device-enumeration technique.
  • No third-party requests — no web fonts, no content delivery network, no remote images, no embedded video, no social buttons, no comment system, no chat widget.
  • No forms. There is deliberately no contact form on this site, because a form would collect personal data. Contact is by email or post.
  • No accounts, no newsletter, no registration.

3. Server logs

Like every website, this one is delivered by a web server, and a web server records the requests it serves. Such a record can include the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the browser’s user-agent string and, where the browser sends one, the referring page.

This is technical operating data, not analytics: it exists so the site can be kept running and protected against abuse, it is not used to build a profile, it is not enriched, it is not combined with any other source, it is not shared for marketing and it is not used for advertising measurement.

  • Purpose: delivering the site, diagnosing faults, and security against abuse such as scraping or denial-of-service attempts.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Retention: short-term only, and not used beyond the purposes above.

4. If you write to us

If you send us an email, we necessarily receive your address, your message and anything else you choose to put in it.

  • Purpose: reading and answering your message, including correction reports and requests under data protection law.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; or, where your message concerns a legal claim or a statutory request, compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).
  • Retention: for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to evidence that it was dealt with; then deleted.
  • Recipients: our email provider, acting as a processor, as is unavoidable for email to function. We do not pass your message to advertisers, networks or vendors.

Following a link on this site takes you to another company’s website. From that moment the other company’s privacy policy applies, not ours, and we have no control over and no visibility of what it does.

Partner links pass through a redirect page on this domain. That page sets no cookie and stores nothing; it forwards you to the advertising network, which may then set its own cookies or identifiers on its own domain, under its own policy, in order to attribute a sale. Where such an identifier arrived in the address of our own page (for example a click identifier appended by a search engine), our page passes it onward in the link address so that attribution can happen without any storage on your device. That identifier is not read, not retained and not stored by us.

We receive no personal data back from the advertising network or from any vendor. We are told that sales occurred, as a number, with no identity attached. We cannot tell whether you personally bought anything.

6. International transfers

We do not transfer visitor data outside the European Economic Area, because we do not collect visitor data. Where our email provider processes correspondence outside the EEA, that transfer relies on the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20) and objection (21), and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (22). We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.

To exercise any right, write to info@slavira.online. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if we need the extension.

Please note the practical consequence of this policy: for an ordinary visitor we hold no personal data at all, so a request for access or erasure will usually be answered by telling you that there is nothing to give you or to delete. If you have written to us, the correspondence itself is what we hold, and that we can show you or delete.

8. Complaining

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. Our lead authority is the Czech data protection authority:

Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic
uoou.cz

We would appreciate the chance to answer you first, but you are not obliged to contact us before complaining.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, children included.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Should we ever introduce any form of measurement or storage — which we have no present intention of doing — this policy would be rewritten first, and a lawful consent mechanism would be put in place before anything was set on your device.
